Chocolate + Coconut Chia Pudding


Ingredients.

  1. 1/2 cup full fat Coconut Milk

  2. 2 Tbs. Chia Seeds

  3. Maple Syrup [1-2 tsp.]

  4. 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

  5. Pinch Sea Salt

  6. 1 Tbs. Toasted Almonds

  7. 1 Tbs. Chocolate Chunks or Chips

Method.

Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, & salt in a jar, stir well.

Allow to sit a few hours or overnight in refrigerator.

When ready to serve; top with chocolate & almonds.
