Chocolate + Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients.
1/2 cup full fat Coconut Milk
2 Tbs. Chia Seeds
Maple Syrup [1-2 tsp.]
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Pinch Sea Salt
1 Tbs. Toasted Almonds
1 Tbs. Chocolate Chunks or Chips
Method.
Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, & salt in a jar, stir well.
Allow to sit a few hours or overnight in refrigerator.
When ready to serve; top with chocolate & almonds.
