Here's a Smoothie that's low in sugar, digestion-friendly, delicious and guaranteed to keep you fueled until lunch.
1 handful greens [spinach, romaine or other greens you like]
1/2- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice [try pre-cooking first then freezing]
1 cup bone broth, almond milk or water [try the bone broth - you won't taste it!]
1 scoop protein powder [choose a protein powder that's unsweetened or low-sugar. Try Equip Protein on Amazon, it's egg free and sourced from beef]
1-2 tbsp. almond or cashew butter or 1/2 avocado
1/2 cup frozen berries [I love blueberries]
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. cinnamon to stabilize blood sugar
fresh mint [optional, but delicious]
1 scoop collagen peptides [optional]
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth. May need to thin with water.
Pour into a large glass and top with hemp hearts and bee pollen.

Add the chia seeds to the liquid in the blender and allow to soften for 5 minutes before blending.
