'O Chia Mia' Bowls

Are you weary of the smoothie? Then take a cue from this amazing combination and begin your day fueled up and ready to dance!

Chia Mia Bowls [makes 2 servings]

Ingredients.

  • 2 c. milk of choice [almond, coconut, raw milk]

  • 1/4 c. chia seeds

  • 1/4 c. flax meal

  • 1/4 c. hemp hearts

  • 1/4 c. unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1-2 tbsp. raw cacao powder [may use cocoa powder]

  • 1/4 c. almond butter

  • 1 scoop Equip Prime protein powder [vanilla or unflavored]

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp. celyon cinnamon

  • pinch of sea salt

Method.

  1. In a bowl combine; hemp, chia, flax, coconut, cacao, protein powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.

  2. In another bowl, combine; milk of choice, vanilla, and almond butter. Mix well.

  3. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, stir intil combined.

  4. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

To Serve.

Divide chia mixture into 2 bowls.

Top with berries, toasted nuts, cacao nibs and bee pollen.

Notes.

  • This recipe is easily customizable, choose your favorites.

  • Double the recipe. - prepare once, eat for many mornings!

  • You can add a bit of sweetner in the chia mixture.

  • Try a dollop of yogurt on top.

  • Add a meat stick for more protein [see picture]
