Are you weary of the smoothie? Then take a cue from this amazing combination and begin your day fueled up and ready to dance!

Chia Mia Bowls [makes 2 servings]
Ingredients.
2 c. milk of choice [almond, coconut, raw milk]
1/4 c. chia seeds
1/4 c. flax meal
1/4 c. hemp hearts
1/4 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
1-2 tbsp. raw cacao powder [may use cocoa powder]
1/4 c. almond butter
1 scoop Equip Prime protein powder [vanilla or unflavored]
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. celyon cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
Method.
In a bowl combine; hemp, chia, flax, coconut, cacao, protein powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
In another bowl, combine; milk of choice, vanilla, and almond butter. Mix well.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, stir intil combined.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
To Serve.
Divide chia mixture into 2 bowls.
Top with berries, toasted nuts, cacao nibs and bee pollen.

This recipe is easily customizable, choose your favorites.
Double the recipe. - prepare once, eat for many mornings!
You can add a bit of sweetner in the chia mixture.
Try a dollop of yogurt on top.
