Chocolate Banana Almond Butter Bites
Ingredients.
1 cup *Burroughs Farms Organic Almond Butter [crunchy or smooth]
1 scoop Vanilla Equip Prime Protein Powder
2 bananas, sliced into 12 slices
1 cup no sugar dark chocolate chips [I used Bake Believe]
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Coarse sea salt
Method.
Mix together nut butter with 1 scoop of protein powder.
Roll into 12 balls and press into a silicone muffin pan.
Add 1 slice of banana to each cup.
Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips over low heat. Watch carefully and remove from heat when melted.
Add 1 tsp. melted chocolate to each cup.
Sprinkle each cup with coarse salt.
Place in freezer until set.
Remove cups from freezer and pop out of molds.
Store in a container in freezer.
Makes 12 cups.
