Here's a good for you treat that's actually made of real food. These bites contain all the macros; protein, good fats, and carbohydrates.
Chocolate Banana Nut Butter Bites
Ingredients.
1 cup Nut Butter of choice. [I used cashew butter]

1 tbsp. coconut oil
Coarse sea salt
Method.
Mix together nut butter with 1 scoop of protein powder.
Roll into 12 balls and press into a silicone muffin pan.
Add 1 slice of banana to each cup.
Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips over low heat. Watch carefully and remove from heat when melted.
Add 1 tsp. melted chocolate to each cup.
Sprinkle each cup with coarse salt.
Place in freezer until set.
Remove cups from freezer and pop out of molds.
Store in a container in freezer.
Makes 12 cups.
Notes.
For a less sweet treat, use plain Equip Protein Powder.
Almond or peanut butter are also delicious.
