Lemon Ginger Morning Cleanse

Ingredients.

  • 2 lemon, juiced

  • 3-inch piece of ginger, juiced

  • 32oz. water

Method.

  1. In a blender; add ginger and enough water to pulverize it well.

  2. Strain into a container that will hold 32 ounces of water.

  3. Add water and juice of lemons.

  4. Enjoy a glass before you have your coffee and breakfast!
